Who we are

Nawwara MHPSS website, is an online information and exchange mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) Arabic-speaking hub developed by the “Arab Resource Collective”.

Nawwara, means “Shining through the darkness” and “blossoming flowers” in Arabic, its purpose is to support professionals, frontliners, caregivers, and anyone interested in Mental health and looking for credible and valid Arabic MHPSS resources, support groups, and toolkits.

Our vision is a world where Arabic speaking communities enjoy good mental health and wellbeing and are able to seek help in a safe and supportive space.

Our Mission


Our mission is to increase community awareness about mental health topics and provide psycho-social support through online interventions.

  8. Mental Health can be hard, but no one has to go through it alone.
