أنا نور وهيدي قصّتي كتاب مصوّر مستوحى من تجارب واقعية لأطفال تعرضوا للعنف النفسي والإهمال، وتواصلوا مع فريق حماية للحصول على المساعدة. تروي القصة معاناة نور كمراهقة تواجه صراعات متواصلة بين والديها، شعورًا بالذنب، مشاكل بصورة الجسد، وصعوبات في المدرسة. من خلال أحداثها، يسلّط الكتاب الضوء على أثر العنف النفسي والإهمال على المراهقين، ويؤكد على أهمية الإصغاء، طلب الدعم، وكسر الصمت حول العنف. كما يوجّه رسالة بضرورة حماية المراهقين، دعم صحتهم النفسية، وتمكينهم من التعبير عن مشاعرهم وطلب المساندة.

 

I Am Nour and This Is My Story is an illustrated book inspired by real cases of children who experienced psychological violence and neglect and sought help from Himaya’s protection team. The story follows Nour, a teenager coping with constant parental conflict, guilt, body image struggles, and difficulties at school. It highlights the impact of emotional abuse and neglect on adolescents and stresses the importance of listening, seeking support, and breaking the silence around violence. The book delivers a message on protecting adolescents, supporting their mental health, and empowering them to express their feelings and ask for help.
