يُعد "احترم! جسدي!" أداة إرشادية موجّهة للبالغين لمساعدتهم في تعليم الأطفال حول أجسادهم وحدودهم وحمايتهم من الإساءة الجنسية. يهدف الكتيّب إلى تعزيز وعي الأطفال بقيمة أجسادهم، وكيفية التعبير بوضوح عن "نعم" أو "لا" فيما يتعلّق بما يُسمح للآخرين القيام به تجاههم. ومن خلال محادثات مقصودة وبسيطة مع الأطفال حول هذه المواضيع، يكتسبون وعيًا أكبر بما هو مقبول أو غير مقبول لديهم، ويتعلّمون أيضًا كيفية إبلاغ البالغين في حال تعرّضوا لأي شكل من أشكال الإساءة.

“Respect! My Body!”  developed for adults to use when teaching children about their bodies, personal boundaries, and protection from sexual abuse. The resource aims to help children understand the value of their bodies and learn how to clearly say or communicate “yes” or “no” regarding what others are allowed to do. Through intentional conversations about these topics, children gain awareness of what they consider acceptable or not, and are encouraged to seek help from adults if they ever experience abuse.
